I work at the intersection of robotics, simulation, and 3D pipelines. My focus is on simulation-first robotics: OpenUSD based asset workflows, synthetic data generation, multi-engine evaluation, and sim-to-real training. A lot of this involves coordinating real-time control, physics, and rendering workloads, and using USD as the common representation layer across tools. Much of that work sits behind NDAs and standards processes. If you want to talk about it, I’m always happy to chat.
Outside the robotics world, I love algorithmic design, creating video games, and exploring scientific concepts in computer graphics. This website reflects that creative side through Houdini experiments and technical art that can be shared publicly.
Robotics, games, VFX, and AEC all face similar 3D challenges. I participate in community and standards discussions around interoperability and pipeline design, where open specifications and shared infrastructure make it easier for teams of any size to build and integrate complex 3D systems.
